The Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team on a part-time basis offering 30–35 hours per week. Shifts range between 2:30pm starts to 10:30pm finishes with availability required between Tuesdays - Saturdays.

Reporting to the Clubhouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to all public area cleaning, housekeeping, event setup/pack down, and stores duties.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas
  • Clean lobbies, lifts, stairwells, and bathrooms
  • Assist with event setup and pack downs, including bump-in/bump-out
  • Deliver linen, towels, and rollaway beds to accomodation rooms
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Stores

  • Manage stock orders and ensure timely placement and rotation of perishable goods
  • Secure and maintain storage areas; reporting issues as required
  • Deliver stock as per requisitions, recording any damaged/lost items
  • Ordering supplies from multiple vendors and assist in stocktake
  • Maintain cleanliness in the garbage room and loading dock per Club standards

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in housekeeping or cleaning, ideally within a premium hotel.
  • Team player with strong initiative and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and great with time management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience using chemicals and commercial cleaning equipment.
  • Valid Australian working rights.
