Job Summary:
The Athletic Director Secretary/Bookkeeper supports the daily operations of the school and athletic department by coordinating schedules, managing communication, supporting student recognition, and overseeing financial processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is a year round position.

In accordance with collective bargaining agreement, the exact number of days per year may be altered, up to 255 days. This position is an 8 hour shift, 5 days per week. Shifts can vary throughout the year to include some evenings. Location of assignment may change at any time. Salary and placement will be in accordance with the current Classified Agreement’s salary schedule on Grade Q. Health benefits available for this position.
