60% of time: Lead, structure and manage the Women's Soccer program to facilitate student-athlete development and success.

  • Organize and plan in-season and out of season practices providing instruction, mentoring and
  • guidance to student-athletes for the development of athletic skills and abilities for competitive
  • success.
  • Manage operational, fiscal and administrative responsibilities of the women’s program.
  • Consistently demonstrate a high level of involvement in the health and well-being of the student-
  • athletes
  • Communicate effectively and establish consistent team weekly schedules
  • Set academic GPA standard for the team to be equal to or greater than the department expectation of
  • 3.3. To be consistently competitive within the Conference of New England and NCAA’s, and to
  • achieve team and individual conference and regional recognition.
  • Supervise and mentor Assistant Coach, provide opportunity and feedback for growth and
  • development.
  • Assist Institutional advancement fundraising initiatives and increase alumni involvement and
  • activities.

30% of Time: Identify and recruit highly qualified student-athletes with a commitment to academic and athletic success, that will contribute to the success and diversity of the Women’s Soccer program, department and college.

  • Maintain a robust roster with student-athletes that are able to pursue an elite level of excellence at the
  • conference and national level.
  • Continual contact via email, texts, and calls with top recruits
  • Represent Endicott athletics at recruiting, showcase, and private events

10% of Time – Additional administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Athletics

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Bachelor degree with a Master degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of successful collegiate coaching experience, preferably as a head coach
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with other administrators, coaches, students, and
  • faculty.
  • Must be a dynamic leader within the college setting with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with technology and recruiting applications
  • Knowledge of all NCAA Division III, Conference of New England and Endicott policies
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record in accordance with all institutional policies.
