Wedgewood Weddings is looking for enthusiastic Pub & Grille Servers to provide outstanding service in our pub, concession areas, and occasionally on the beverage cart. If you're polished, professional, and eager to deliver a great guest experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Top-Notch Service: Ensure every guest feels welcome and has an unforgettable experience by providing exceptional service at all times.
- Engage with Guests: Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure timely and accurate service in our golf course restaurant, pub, and concession areas.
- Serve Up Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages with skill and a smile.
- Manage Transactions: Accurately process payments, handle cash, and balance cash throughout your shift.
- Keep Us Stocked: Restock supplies and ensure everything is running smoothly for a seamless experience.
- Opening & Closing Duties: Assist with setup and cleanup to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support in the Kitchen: Help with food preparation, using equipment such as deep fryers and grills when needed.
- Beverage Cart Service: Occasionally drive the beverage cart to deliver on-the-go refreshments to guests enjoying the course, including beverages, snacks, and light meals, while maintaining professionalism and prompt service.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas and service stations clean and organized, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or restaurants is a must.
- Service-Oriented: Passionate about providing exceptional guest service.
- Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of safe food and beverage handling practices.
- Customer Service Pro: Strong skills in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in various areas including the pub, concession stands, and driving the beverage cart as needed.
