Lexington Country Club in Fort Myers is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Golf Course Maintenance professional. This position entails performing various essential tasks to ensure the pristine condition and playability of our golf course. Responsibilities:

• Mowing and trimming of fairways, greens, tees, and rough areas

• Grooming and maintaining bunkers to ensure proper sand consistency and appearance

• Precise cup cutting and hole placement on greens

• Assisting with golf course set-up for daily play and tournaments

• Operation and maintenance of golf course maintenance equipment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping preferred

• Knowledge of golf course maintenance techniques and equipment operation

• Proficiency in mowing, trimming, grooming, and cup cutting procedures

• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality

• Good communication and teamwork skills
