ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager, Sydney Thunder in this role you will:

  • Be responsible for growing Sydney Thunder’s fanbase and deepening community connection through engagement programs
  • Convert participation into fandom and fandom into participation
  • Deliver measurable outcomes across acquisition, attendance, sentiment and community cricket impact
  • Deliver events and activations on both WBBL and BBL match days along with a “365-focus” to inspire everyone to play and love cricket
  • Lead the Sydney Thunder’s South Asian Engagement initiatives  

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in fan engagement or events
  • Passion for attracting kids and families to sport
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to work flexible hours during cricket season
