• Work with a unified integrated EMR and PACS, and Mayo Clinic imaging protocols to balance workload and enhance efficiency across sites.
• Interpret studies in a dedicated individual reading office, designed to support focus, efficiency, and a high-quality reading experience.
• Leverage a combination of vended and internally developed AI tools to support workflow efficiency, prioritization, and diagnostic accuracy within daily practice.
• Work a predictable daytime schedule (Monday–Friday) with shared weekend daytime coverage (6 weekends/year) and no scheduled evenings or nights (weekend shifts can be done remotely).
o all after-hours coverage managed by a separate Mayo Clinic Health System radiology team.
o allowing for a consistent daily routine and clear separation between work and personal time.
• Participate in a high-functioning, team-based environment where case distribution, technology, and physics support are designed to streamline workflow and support high-quality interpretation.
• Perform a light volume of procedures including joint injections and breast biopsies, with no procedural call requirements, and flexibility to tailor procedural involvement based on your interests.
• Engage in a practice that supports broad clinical exposure and continued subspecialty skill development, with local advanced imaging (including 3T MRI and PET/CT) and Mayo Clinic resources.
