Baseball Picnic Patrol

We are seeking friendly and attentive individuals to join our team as a Baseball Picnic Patrol member. In this role, you will ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for guests in designated picnic and group seating areas at the stadium. You will assist with event setup, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service to enhance the game-day experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in the picnic and group seating areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness by clearing trash, wiping tables, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of picnic areas before and after events.
• Ensure guests follow stadium policies and safety guidelines within the picnic zones.
• Provide directions, answer questions, and assist guests with any concerns or special requests.
• Work closely with stadium operations, security, and food service teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while engaging with guests.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting light objects for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event management is a plus.
