About Us:
Copperleaf Golf Club boasts a newly renovated restaurant and the clubhouse will be completed in the Summer 2024, providing an elevated experience for our members and guests. We take pride in offering a diverse and high-quality beverage selection, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all who visit.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
Interact with customers to take orders and provide recommendations
Ensure a clean and organized bar area
Adhere to responsible beverage service practices
Handle payments and process transactions accurately
Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service
Stay updated on beverage trends and make recommendations to enhance the menu
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender in a similar setting
Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
Attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences
TIPS or similar certification is a plus
