Asst Golf Professional/Tournament Director

• The Assistant Golf Professional will assist the entire golf staff in all aspects of the day-to-day golf operation under the supervision of the Head Golf Professional. The candidate must be highly motivated and able to work with a team while providing a high level of customer service to all members and their guests.
• The Candidate must be proficient in GOLF GENIUS.
• Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
• Tournament Director: help design, organize and implement all aspects of golf outings and tournament operations from start to finish using Golf Genius software.
• Provide each member and their guest with first-class service throughout the club.
• Assist in the daily operations of the Golf Shop: daily management of member and guest play, golf shop sales and special orders, manage Club Essentials POS system, merchandising and shop upkeep, club repair, etc…
• Teaching: assist with developing and directing junior golf programs under the supervision of the Head Golf Professional, assist with clinics, and individual lessons.
• Help with managing the first tee and golf course.
• Play golf with the members.

Compensation Breakdown and Additional Income: $36,000 to 40,000 seasonal.

Potential additional income: Private lessons $2000 to $3000, and Tournament Bonus $1000.
