Assistant Instructor

Lifetime Activities is looking for a part-time assistant tennis coach in San Francisco location at the Goldman Tennis Center in Golden Gate Park (50 Bowling Green Drive.)

Share your love of tennis and help coach the next generation of players!

The ideal candidate loves the game of tennis, has an engaging personality, and enjoys helping and interacting with kids of all ages. A positive and team focused attitude is essential. Some experience is preferred but training is available for new coaches with the right skill set.

Skills, Qualities and Experience:

• Our tennis coaches must have a fun, friendly, and welcoming attitude that students respond to is a must
• The ability to communicate effectively to groups of children
• Passion for the game of tennis.
• Solid playing ability
• Available for after school and weekend work hours
• Patience when dealing with students that are new to the sport
• Ability to follow a lesson plan and safety guidelines
• A strong work ethic that includes being punctual and professional at all times
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to follow all Covid-19 protocols is required 
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background check and USTA Safe Play
• Must be willing to follow current Covid 19 safety guidelines

Schedule and Pay

• Part time after school and weekend hours available
• Pay $22 - $25/hr depending on skill and experience
