At Tennis Australia, our vision is to create a Playful World through Tennis, for Everyone.

Tennis is more than a sport. It has the power to change lives by delivering health benefits, galvanising communities, and developing champions. The people who work at Tennis are team players: they are imaginative, humble, collaborative and, above all, excellent. They understand the fun and entertainment that our sport delivers, but also the social, commercial and community impact we have.

We are all about people on court and interested in our sport, from grassroots participation, all the way through to Grand Slams. If you are ready to harness the power of Tennis to create a more playful world, we want you on our team!

We believe tennis is a sport that is open for all, and we want our team to reflect the communities we work and play in. Diversity in our Tennis community and our workplace is a strength and a pillar of our sport.  We take great pride in providing a working environment that allows people to be their authentic self and offers the flexibility that our people need to thrive both at work and at home.

Fostering a workplace that is diverse and equitable is a high priority for Tennis Australia. We strongly encourage women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people who identify as LGBTQI, people with a disability and people from culturally diverse backgrounds to apply.

If you need assistance or adjustments to fully participate in the application process, please contact recruit@tennis.com.au.
